HELP: How do I return an item I've puchased from OpenFlash Performance Inc.?

We have a 30 day return policy, and can only return brand new, unused hardware. 

• Items that you'd like to return must be in brand new (or like new) condition.
• The item must be re-sellable.
• The packaging must be in brand new (or like new) condition (e.g. do not place shipping labels directly on the OFT packaging).

• E-tune services are never refundable once the process has begun.
  • Some outlier cases exist, but we address ant situations per case.
